Our story began in 2005 when Mallik Panda acquired three gas stations and convenience stores in Oklahoma City, OK. These initial locations laid the foundation for what would become the BZ Mart brand.
In its early years, Mallik’s entrepreneurial vision drove rapid expansion across the southwestern United States, extending the BZ Mart footprint into Texas and Louisiana. Over the following decades, the company grew strategically through acquisitions, seamlessly integrating new stores into the BZ Mart network. Today, BZ Mart operates as a leading convenience store and gas station chain across multiple states, offering easy access to fuel, everyday essentials, snacks, and beverages tailored to the demands of modern life.
Over the years, BZ Mart has evolved into a prominent fuel distributor, focusing on supplying branded and unbranded fuel to our network of operators. Our ambitious goal is to achieve 1 billion gallons in fuel sales by 2030, driven by strategic acquisitions of gas stations, fuel contracts, and store operations to expand our reach and efficiency.
